✨ Revealed in Him ✨

✨ Revealed in Him ✨

When we talk about Jesus being revealed in us, we must first pause at the cross. There, He bore an anguish that we will never fully comprehend. The Mirror Bible reminds us: His suffering was not partial—it was the complete suffering of God. He absorbed the totality of separation, shame, and sin so that we would never have to.

This is love at its most radical. Love that carried the weight of all humanity’s brokenness. Love that drank the full cup of sorrow so that you and I would never taste it. That anguish is beyond our understanding, because it was never meant for us to carry. It was His alone.

And yet, out of that unfathomable suffering comes revelation. Colossians 3:4 declares that when Christ—who is our very life—is revealed, then we are revealed with Him in glory. His unveiling is our unveiling. His resurrection is our resurrection. His glory is our glory.

This means our lives are no longer defined by what we’ve suffered or by what we’ve lost, but by the One who suffered completely on our behalf. His anguish secured our peace. His wounds secured our healing. His death secured our life.

When Christ is revealed in us, it is proof that His suffering was not in vain. It is the visible evidence of an invisible victory. As He is revealed in His fullness, we begin to see ourselves in our true identity: co-raised, co-seated, co-glorified with Him.

This is why Paul could boldly say, “It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me” (Galatians 2:20). The suffering that secured our salvation is finished, and the glory that reveals our identity is eternal.

We may never understand the depth of His anguish—but we can live in the fullness of its result: Christ revealed, in us and through us.
