Carrying Rest Forward

Carrying Rest Forward

The goal was never to “complete” rest in seven days.

The goal was to remember it.

Integration Over Completion

Today is about integration — noticing what shifted, even slightly.
A softer reaction.
A deeper breath.
A pause where there used to be panic.

You don’t take rest with you by clinging to rules.
You take it by recognizing when you’re drifting — and gently returning.

Rest as a Relationship

Rest becomes less of an event…
and more of a relationship.

One you can come back to, again and again.

“He restores my soul.” — Psalm 23:3
