A: Brought to You by One Believer LTD — also known as One Believer or b2Yb1B — is a faith-based streetwear brand founded by Daria Carter in Atlanta, Georgia. We create apparel that lets believers "Wear the Word. Live the Truth."

A: Every design carries a message rooted in Scripture and empowerment. Our goal is to turn everyday fashion into wearable truth that starts conversations and strengthens faith.

📦 Orders, Shipping & Fulfillment

Q: How long does it take to process and ship orders?
A: Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3 to 4 business days once shipped. International orders arrive within 5 to 20 business days depending on your location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to select international markets. If your country appears at checkout, you are covered. Delivery times range from 5 to 20 business days depending on your location.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
A: Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming.

Q: What shipping methods are available?
A: We use standard tracked shipping for both domestic and international orders. You will receive a tracking link once your package is on the way.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Let's Connect with your order number and photos of the damage and we will take care of you.

Q: What if my tracking shows delivered but I never received my package?
A: Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, that responsibility transfers to the carrier. Please check around your full delivery area including with neighbors, building management, or household members. Then contact your carrier directly to file a missing package claim.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Sezzle, and Affirm.

Q: Are taxes or shipping included in product prices?
A: No. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

A: Our T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts use unisex sizing for a relaxed, comfortable fit.

A: For a more fitted look, women may prefer ordering one size down from their usual size.

Q: Is there a size chart available?

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your exchange policy?
A: Exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Q: How do I request an exchange?
A: Let's Connect with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. Once approved we will replace the item with the same product or one of equal value.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Refunds are not available. Exchanges are processed for damaged or defective items only.

Q: Where do I ship returns?
A: Please contact us before sending anything back. Let's Connect and our team will provide the correct return details. Our fulfillment and returns center is located in Lawrenceville, GA.

Q: Do you offer group or custom orders?
A: Yes! We offer group and custom orders for churches, family reunions, corporate gatherings, and special events. Minimum order is 12 pieces with a 3 to 4 week lead time.

Q: What products are available for group orders?

Q: How do I place a group order?
A: Let's Connect and share your event details, product interest, quantity, and whether you need a new design or want to customize an existing One Believer piece. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days.
