The Quiet Invitation to Begin

The Quiet Invitation to Begin

You don’t start a journey like this with fireworks.
You start it with a sigh.

The kind that slips out when no one’s watching.
The kind that says, “I’m tired… but I don’t know what I need yet.”

You Don’t Have to Fix Anything Today

This first day isn’t about fixing anything. It’s about noticing.
Noticing your breath.
Noticing the tension you’ve been carrying like it’s part of your personality.
Noticing that rest doesn’t demand an explanation.

You don’t have to commit to change today.
You only have to admit that something feels off.

Rest Starts With Noticing

Rest doesn’t rush you.
It simply taps you on the shoulder and whispers, “We can start here.”

“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
