Returns 

We accept returns only for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once approved, we’ll replace the item with the same product or an item of equal value.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received in error


Exchanges

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to the address above.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
